Hello,
I’m Liz.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years. I enrolled in teacher training with a goal to deepen my personal practice and learned I loved the beauty and challenge of crafting purposeful classes and sharing them in community.
I love building classes that balance precision, strength, and movement to help students discover ease in challenges on and off the mat.
Rooted in Practice
I completed RYS 200 & RYS 300 hour teacher training programs with Jennifer Langsdale through the Wild Nurturer Wellness Academy.
Off the Mat
